Kevin Bushell started riding in 2015 at the ripe age of 53 and quickly took to off-roading, adventure touring, and club riding. When not riding, he plays recreational soccer and, until recently, played snare drum in The Black Watch (RHR) Pipes & Drums. In addition to writing this blog, he has written articles for northernontario.travel and Riders Plus. Kevin is also a practicing poet. His debut collection entitled Invisible Sea (DC Books) is a celebration of early human flight. He lives in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, with his photographer wife, Marilyn Gillespie.
